Each of the 3 units is equipped with a fridge, gas stove with electric oven, washing machine and blinds and balcony as well as a built-in braai. Prepaid fibre internet is available from FWORX / FROGFOOT. Prepaid electricity. Parking is included in rental and there are more than enough parking for visitors available. A 24-hour security guard will keep an eye on the units and all unit doors do have security gates.  Suitable for pre and postgraduate students.
